— Board Management
The Board is made up of 3 Trustees elected at a general Meeting of the Organisation. The board’s main responsibilities include establishing and supporting CHHELDs vision and mission, acting as the legal owners of the Organisation, ensuring the Organisation is sustainable, evaluating performance, supporting staff and reviewing, updating and creating policies.

Centre for Human Rights Health Ethnic Harmony is being managed by the Board of Trustees but the day-to-day running of the organization is carried out by the Executive Director.
